By placing an order, you agree to the applicability of these Terms and Conditions to the agreement between you and Indigo ravens.

THE OFFERING AND THE AGREEMENT

Indigo ravens makes every effort to process and deliver your order as well and quickly as possible.
Orders are delivered to the shipping address specified by you and through the delivery method you choose.
If you have an order delivered outside the European Union, it is possible that the country in question will charge additional taxes, such as import tax. Indigo ravens has no influence or control over such levies and therefore you can not inform them about this. You have to check yourself whether the items ordered by you can be exported to and imported in the country concerned and what the costs are before you place such an order.
Ownership of products ordered by you will be transferred to you at the time of receipt of full payment by Indigo ravens.

QUALITY
Indigo ravens makes every effort to display products as accurately and completely as possible on its website. However, the nature of the products offered entails that there may be differences (such as color differences) between the display of products on the website and the product as delivered to you.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to terminate the contract without giving any reason within 14 days after you have received all products from your order. This concerns the so-called reflection period. You can use your right to terminate the agreement by returning the completed return form to us, but this is not mandatory. You can also let us know in any other way by an unambiguous statement that you wish to terminate the agreement (such as by e-mail or post). If you choose to terminate the agreement regarding a product, then you have the obligation to return this product as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after you have received all products from your order, to the address of Indigo ravens. . The direct costs of returning the product to Indigo ravens are at your own expense.
In the event of termination, Indigo ravens will refund the amount paid for the product in question (including possibly paid shipping costs) without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days after receipt of the notice that you wish to terminate the agreement, but not before Indigo ravens product returned or you can prove that the product has actually been returned.
The right of dissolution is meant to determine whether the product fits and whether you actually want the product. You are allowed to use a product to the extent necessary to verify that you want the product, just as you would in a retail space. Continued use of the product - such as wearing the product in the public space or other actual use - affects your right of cancellation.
If a product is damaged by you, has been washed, the labels have been removed, a product is incomplete or a product contains other traces of use that show that you have used the product further, then you are liable towards Indigo ravens for the damage caused by you of the product. Indigo ravens will deduct this depreciation from the amount to be refunded to you.
The right of dissolution does not apply to products that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and of which the seal is broken after delivery.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
If Indigo ravens decides to change these Terms and Conditions, it will place the amended Terms and Conditions on its website. You are advised to regularly check whether the Terms have changed. Any changes do not apply to orders that you have placed before the date of change. These Terms and Conditions were last amended on December 1, 2018.

Dutch law applies to these Terms and the agreements concluded between you and Indigo ravens, with the exclusion of the Vienna Sales Convention. This choice of law does not affect any further protection that you enjoy on the basis of the mandatory provisions of the law that would apply without this provision.
